What exactly does a mortgage broker do (and why you should care)

HeyReader,

Let's be honest about how most people get a mortgage.

Most people walk into their bank, accept whatever rate they're offered, and sign on the dotted line. They don't know they left thousands of dollars on the table because no one told them there was another way.

That's where I come in. As a licensed mortgage broker, my entire job is to work for YOU, not the bank.

Bank vs. Broker: The real difference

When you apply at a single bank, you get access to exactly one set of mortgage products. When you work with me, I shop your mortgage across dozens of lenders; major banks, credit unions, and specialty lenders all competing for your business.

A broker's loyalty is to you. A bank's employee's loyalty is to their employer.

What I actually do for you.

• Assess your full financial picture to find the right product

• Submit ONE application protecting your credit score

• Negotiate directly with multiple lenders simultaneously

• Explain every term in plain language before you sign

• Be in your corner from pre-approval to closing and beyond

The cost? Zero.

In most cases, my services cost you nothing. I'm compensated by the lender you choose. You get expert guidance, rate shopping, and negotiation all at no charge to you.

Even if you already have a bank in mind, talking to a broker first costs nothing and could save you thousands.

Have a great day,
